You can workout in your PJs if you want to.

You won't have to get dressed and 'ready' to go to the gym just to workout and get sweaty again.

When you are done with your in-home workout your shower is nearby and ready to use.
It's so much nicer to use your own bathroom than a public facility with people you don't know that well.

You probably love your privacy, as I do.
